Suicide by Broken neck (“Drop hanging”)
Means:
* Rope. A high length is not important. Choose enough for a “Hangman’s knot” , and fixing at the wall, stable pipe etc..
* A stable point of connection, high enough to stand on a tiltable chair, footstool etc. with the noose around your neck.
* A Ladder. At least you need a minimum fall of 1.2m (47″ ) up to 1.8m (71″).
Please note, you need to add your body length!
For example, minimum height of 1.2m (47″) + 1.8m (71″) = 3m (118″). You could deduct 25 cm (~10″) for the head.
But “1.2m (47″)” is the absolute minimum. With too low height, you risk to die from strangulation instead a broken neck.

If you live alone, or the place is isolated and lonely, then use a delayed email delivery (like http://emailfromdeath.com/),
